  • Privates
  • The most traditional way to learn True Pilates: full system of exercises using Gratz apparatus
  • You receive a completely individual experience tailored to your body. Ideal if you have a significant injury or condition that needs special attention.
  • Done 2-3x/week consistently will get you results: stronger, more energized, increased flexibility, more toned with better posture...to name a few...
  • DUETS
  • Get in a great workout with a friend who makes you accountable!
  • The full system of exercises will be utilized on the studio’s Gratz apparatus
  • Consistency is Key. Want to look and feel better? Get in the Studio 2-3 times/week!
  • Mat Classes
  • FUN and challenging way to learn about True Pilates!
  • Limited to 6 students
  • We cover mat work and use other Pilates props such as magic circle, hand weights, 2x4, sand bags
