- The most traditional way to learn True Pilates: full system of exercises using Gratz apparatus
- You receive a completely individual experience tailored to your body. Ideal if you have a significant injury or condition that needs special attention.
- Done 2-3x/week consistently will get you results: stronger, more energized, increased flexibility, more toned with better posture...to name a few...
- Get in a great workout with a friend who makes you accountable!
- The full system of exercises will be utilized on the studio’s Gratz apparatus
- Consistency is Key. Want to look and feel better? Get in the Studio 2-3 times/week!
